The magnificent blue city of Jodhpur is a maze of delightful alleyways and old dilapidated homes. Each day I would pass this gentleman, the guardian of this building. Prior to my leaving I asked if I could make his portrait. He invited me up to the roof where I made this photograph. The old Blue City is more lovely for this fine gentleman and others like him who take such pride in their city.
